    Special Natural Blowfish is the most delicious variety of natural Blowfish. With its white meat verging on amber white or light brown and its fine, tender meat quality, it is aptly called Mochi-Fuku (rice-cake Blowfish).

    Different from the common, artificially raised variety, cultured Blowfish are cultivated from juvenile natural fish. It tastes like natural Blowfish and is highly recommended.
